Sullivan Township Board Meeting March 2, 2021

Meeting called to order by Supervisor Tony Mabrito at 6:30pm with the Pledge of Allegiance.
ROLL CALL: Present: Tony Mabrito-Supervisor, Libby Spencer-Clerk, Tiffany Lindberry-Treasure,
Joe Kremm-Trustee
Absent/Excused: Tracey McGhan – Trustee
MINUTES: It was moved by Libby Spencer, supported by Tiffany Lindberry, to accept the minutes of the regular meeting held on February 2, 2021. Motion Carried.
FINANCE: The Treasurer’s report on Township Receipts of $146,046.09 for the period of February 1 through February 28, 2021 was presented by Treasure, Tiffany Lindberry.
It was moved by Joe Kremm, supported by Libby Spencer to pay the bills of $146,940.68 as presented by Clerk, Libby Spencer. Motion Carried.
CORRESPONDENCE: Direct Deposit for Payroll should be operational by next month.
OLD BUSINESS: County Designated Assessor Resolution will be completed with the installation of Fresh Coast Planning once they have met with the Planning Commission next week to suffice any questions or concerns they may have.
NEW BUSINESS:
-Spring Clean Up will take place Mon-Fri the weeks of May10 and May 17. A coupon for the landfill will be in the Spring News letter.
-Scrap Tire Recycling Event will tentively be held on May 15 in the parking lot east of the Township Hall.
-The Spring News letter will be sent out in April and will provide more information
-May 4 Election will consist of Fruitport and Ravenna School Millage Proposals. The Board Meeting will be held on March 6 due to the election.
-The 2021/2022 budget adjustments were reviewed and approved by the board.
ADJOURNMENT: With no further business to come before the Board, it is moved by Libby Spencer
supported by Joe Kremm to adjourn the meeting. Motion Carried.
