OLD BUSINESS: Most of the residents present were there to discuss the opportunity to have Hile Rd and Sullivan Rd Chip in sealed creating a hard surface.  There are a few residents on both roads that do not want to participate with the hard surfacing project. Some of the residents on each of the roads are going to visit their neighbors to encourage their participation.  We need to have contracts of all participating residents by the August 4th meeting.  Brent Gillette and Robert Wiemert were present to represent the hard surfacing of Barnes, Sheringer, Hile, Broton, Cline, and Spaulding Roads.     They have already polled their neighbors, and most are in favor of chip and sealing their roads.
