PUBLIC COMMENTS: Angela Himber asked for advice for a means to rid her neighborhood of a large dog that is continually loose and causing issues for her and her neighbors.  She has called Pound Buddies, Animal Control and the Authorities but has not had any success.  She also reached out to the owner, so she is doing everything possible.

Courtney Glavich questioned if an amended Ordinance should be posted in the Muskegon Chronicle.  According to MTA, posting the Board Meeting Minutes, ect. on the website and publishing them in the Ravenna Independent is adequate.  Only the Public Hearings must be published in the Chronicle.
